Dear Ms. Davis:

Thank you for your letter of April 15, 2009.  We appreciate your concerns and will address them immediately.  We are awaiting a return call from our veterinarian Dr. Manny Himines of Oahu Equine Veterinary Clinic as this email is being sent to you.  I tried to reach you via phone, however; there is no listing for Animal Advocate Inc.

Ms Davis let me assure you that our horse "Maile" has not been mistreated.  As for the saddle sores on her back those were the result of a loose saddle combined with the fact that she hadn't been ridden for about 18 months.  We have been treating those sores with Blu-Kote Veterinary Antiseptic and protective dressing.

Ms. Davis, thank you again for your concerns and we have every intention of complying with them immediately.  If you would be so kind as to call me at 671-4344 or 286-1120 (cell) I would be happy to keep you updated on "Maile's"² treatment.

Sincerely,
Joe O'Donnell, Business Manager
