"The Mad Cowboy. Hawaii Interview"

(quicktime MP4)

An interview with Howard Lyman, author of the book "The Mad Cowboy." Run time is approximately 42 minutes. Mr. Lyman discusses the issues close to his heart, and exposes the devastating effects on human health from a meat-based diet, the political corruption which enables cruel agribusiness practices, the destruction of our environment from factory farming, and the truth about how "food animals" are treated. The film also touches upon specific issues in Hawaii.  If you are interested in this video, in DVD or VHS format, please send email to  liberate@hawaii.rr.com

In addition, we are currently in production on a fourth video:

"Rusti Escapes"

Run time will be approximately 30 minutes. For the past 8 years, Rusti the Orangutan has been held prisoner in a small cage with metal bars and a concrete floor, referred to even by officials at the Honolulu Zoo as a "1950's style, substandard cage." In this spoof, Rusti cleverly escapes from his prison cell and finds a hide-out. Rusti contacts a reporter and says he wants to "tell his story." When the reporter locates Rusti's hide-out (following a map drawn by Rusti) she listens to Rusti tell about his birth at the Woodland Park Zoo in Seattle, his misery at a roadside zoo in New Jersey, and finally his life at the Honolulu Zoo.
